01Introduction

• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep this information up to date.
• You must not have had a prior account on the mega333 platform suspended, closed, or terminated for policy violations.

04Account Registration

Each User is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) account on the mega333 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• A valid and actively monitored email address
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Malaysian residential address (for users based in Malaysia)
• A secure, unique password of your own choosing

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. mega333 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. You must notify mega333 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account verification (KYC) is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. The verification process requires submission of a valid Malaysian identification document (MyKad, Driver's License, or Passport), proof of residential address dated within three months, and a selfie holding the ID document. Typical verification time is 24–48 hours.

05Terms of Use

By accessing mega333, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mega333 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own legal name.

06Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the mega333 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB) are also accepted and credited in MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

Deposit Conditions:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• mega333 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered account.
• mega333 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the same business day for verified accounts.
• mega333 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawals at its discretion, particularly for accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Any bonus funds remaining in the account at the time of withdrawal are subject to applicable wagering requirements. Bonus funds that do not meet wagering requirements will not be included in the withdrawal amount.

07Bonuses & Promotions

mega333 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are in the range of 10x to 20x the bonus amount.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round is RM 250. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%. Live dealer games vary by title. Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one active bonus may be claimed per household address, IP address, or device at any given time.
• mega333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

08Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the mega333 platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or betting market. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. mega333 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome or recording of a bet, mega333 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the respective accounts.
• mega333 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were published in error due to a pricing mistake or technical fault.
• For live casino games, the outcome determined by the live dealer or game system is final and binding, subject only to any confirmed technical malfunction.
• For sportsbook markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other competitions, bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed beyond the stated completion window, mega333's specific market rules will determine settlement.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. Current limits are displayed within each game or market interface.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mega333 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, or IP address
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino games
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or bugs in the platform for financial gain
• Using chargebacks or payment reversal mechanisms to defraud mega333 of deposited funds after play has taken place
• Abusing bonus offers through systematic exploitation, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses
• Transferring account balances or sharing accounts with third parties
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mega333 staff or other users

10Intellectual Property

All content on the mega333 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of mega333 or is licensed to mega333 by the relevant rights holders. All such rights are reserved.

You are not permitted to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or transmit any content from the mega333 platform without prior written consent
• Use the mega333 brand name, logo, or trademark in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the platform for any commercial purpose

Unauthorised use of mega333 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability. Any permitted use of platform content is subject to attribution requirements and must not be used in a manner that is defamatory, misleading, or harmful to the mega333 brand.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mega333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue
• Loss of data or account access
• Technical interruptions, system downtime, or platform unavailability
• Errors in game outcomes caused by technical malfunction beyond mega333's control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Any third-party actions, including payment provider delays or failures

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude mega333's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, mega333's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your mega333 account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Account Termination

Termination by You: You may close your mega333 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, your account will be deactivated, and any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding unqualified bonus funds) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified withdrawal method. Please note that voluntary closure requests may not be processed immediately if there are open bets, pending withdrawals, or active bonus wagering requirements on the account.

Termination by mega333: mega333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from a national responsible gambling authority
• Suspected money laundering, financial crime, or regulatory non-compliance
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age

In cases of termination for cause, mega333 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity, they will not be returned.

13Responsible Gambling

In the event of any dispute between you and mega333 arising from your use of the platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mega333's internal complaints procedure by contacting the customer support team. mega333 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body designated by mega333's licensing authority. The decision of such a body shall be binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, including any rights you may have as a consumer in Malaysia.
